POLYHRONO
ΠΟΛΥΧΡΟΝΟ
Polichrono is a large settlement in the prefecture of Halkidiki. Administratively it belongs to the Municipality of Kassandra in the Region of Central Macedonia (Kallikratis program).
From 1999 to 2010, according to the then administrative division of Greece, it was the seat of the homonymous municipal district of the Municipality of Pallini.
According to the 2011 census, the population is 997. The village is famous for its beach, which attracts many visitors each year. Among others there is a kindergarten and a Primary School while the cultural club is called “Neapoli”. The main occupations are tourism businesses.
