Paliouri is a village in the prefecture of Halkidiki. Administratively it belongs to the Municipality of Kassandra in the Region of Central Macedonia (Kallikratis program).
From 1999 to 2010 according to the then administrative division of Greece it was a settlement of the homonymous municipal district of the Municipality of Pallini.
According to the 2001 census, the population is 788. Among others there is a kindergarten and a Primary School (Paliouri / Agia Paraskevi), a Gymnasium, a rural clinic, KAPI, a local group fighting for the southern group in the north. ΄ amateur category, while the cultural club is called “Therambos”. The main occupations are beekeeping, tourism businesses (especially in the surrounding settlements) and olive-growing. Its streets are as traditional as the area in general. There are pine forests in the village.
